Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Australia to ensure healthy egos are fuelled nationwide.

*We use Australia Post Express which is generally next business day delivery within the express post network such as Australian capital cities, major metro areas & Perth CBD. See if your postcode is eligible here. For other areas, Express Delivery can take up to 5 business days.  Please note, Australia Post states that some parcels can take longer due to COVID related circumstances or adverse weather conditions.  

Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing time.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as all Australia Post parcels request signature on delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery, the driver will usually leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest Australia Post collection centre for you to pick up.

Australia Post may determine that there is a safe place for the parcel and it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave the parcel in a safe place, Ego Amigo is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Ego Amigo will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
