Refunds and store credits subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Ego Amigo offer refunds for all full-priced items that are in their original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. 
  • Returns must be in the post back to us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

The item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

Please take care when trying on your item, as we cannot accept garments when:

  • The item has marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item has any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)

A receipt and proof of purchase is also required to process a return or store credit. Once the return is received, please expect up to 5-7 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.

Ego Amigo reserve the right to reject returns sent later than 14 days after receiving your item, or items that are not received in the original condition. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Ego Amigo.

Sale items are eligible for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds on sale items. Please select sale items carefully to avoid any disappointments. 

Items purchased using any promotional codes are eligible for a refund. 

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item/s with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 2 business days. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

Once the details are received, we will confirm if we have a replacement item/s in stock and provide instructions accordingly. 

Ego Amigo will assess returned items for the fault.  Note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn, washed or damaged by the customer. 

For all returns, please read the "Return Conditions" carefully and then email returns@egoamigo.com.au, including your order confirmation number in the subject line so that we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.  Please also provide the reason for the return and attach the receipt for proof of purchase.  We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide instructions on next steps.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
